Jewish Life
Since its founding, the Joyce and Irving Goldman Family Foundation has sought to sustain a healthy, vibrant and connected Jewish community that welcomes everyone and inspires each individual - and in particular young adults 22-40 years of age - to explore what Judaism has to offer. By supporting organizations and experiences that welcome and connect Jews of all types, and by sustaining important community institutions, our investments will ensure a healthy future for every member of the Jewish community. There are four specific goals for our Jewish Life grants:
Infusing spirituality and life into the Jewish experience
Supporting the needs of dynamic, innovative programs that are paving the way for positive change and strengthening the Jewish community
Promoting a stronger Jewish identity and instilling leadership skills among less connected young adults
Protecting Jewish communities from anti-Semitism
