Joyce and Irving Goldman Family Foundation considers grant proposals for two programs: Jewish Life and Sustainable Agriculture. Invitations to submit grant proposals are made to non-profit organizations whose work is aligned with the programmatic goals for these focus areas.
Important note for grant seekers: Our work in Israel is almost exclusively focused on our partnership with Ben-Gurion University in the Negev, and our work in the fields of cancer and healthcare is done almost exclusively with Northwell Health, the National Breast Cancer Coalition and the Arnold P. Gold Foundation. We are not currently seeking proposals in these areas.
Although the Foundation does not accept unsolicited grant proposals, we know that there are many ideas that have the potential to help achieve our programmatic goals. The Foundation researches ideas and conceptualizes grants with issue area experts, partners, and thought leaders. To submit an online letter of inquiry (LOI), please click here to open a new window. While submitting a LOI will not necessarily result in an invitation to apply for a grant, we welcome the opportunity to listen to and learn from others.
